•Year two•
The second year embraces a more pragmatic point of view stressing many practical issues associated with the graphic design profession. Having acquired many of the basic skills during previous semesters, students are now prepared to deal with more demanding projects. Consequently projects tend to become more elaborate simulating the kinds of activities found in the workplace.
Applying various computer techniques begins to play a major role during the completion of assignments. At this point the final comprehensive stages of project work usually become part of each student's permanent portfolio. |
